2. Product Orders & Pre-Orders
Products listed on this website are available for purchase or pre-order. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order, which occurs when we dispatch the product.

Pre-Orders
Wrap Doc pre-orders are paid for in advance. Shipping for pre-orders is estimated to begin in September 2025. We will keep customers informed of any changes to delivery timelines.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payment via:

• Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• Google Pay
• Apple Pay

Full payment is taken at the time of ordering, including pre-orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from the UK. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of being processed (except for pre-orders).

Shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout. International delivery times may vary depending on customs and carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy in line with UK consumer law. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

• Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return postage.
• Opened hand wraps are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. In the unlikely event a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will offer a full refund.

Wrap Doc® is a registered trademark in the UK and Wales. All content, including logos, branding, product images, descriptions, and design elements are the intellectual property of Vanguard Fight Labs Ltd and may not be used without written permission.

We do not accept responsibility for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.

Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
