Feed one end of your wrap (velcro or thumb loop) through the side wall and attach it onto the center pin.
Gently pull the trigger on the bottom of the device to start rolling your wrap, while guiding the wrap with your other hand.
Get a firm grip of the roll, then slide your wrap off the center pin and that is it. Your session is wrapped up.
